Flash Catalyst and Flash Builder 4 are now in public beta!

Flash Catalyst, a designer and code generation tool, has been posted on Adobe labs site in public beta. Should be interesting to see if this fills in the gap between the designers and developers.
Flash Builder 4, formerly Flex Builder, has also been posted. So you can now start building some apps with the new Flex 4 framework, codename Gumbo.
